Pure Bespoke provides automotive styling and protection services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), color PPF, vinyl wraps, commercial decals and lettering, ceramic coatings, detailing, and other custom automotive services.

Service availability, pricing, installation times, and vehicle requirements may vary depending on the vehicle and requested work.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary, including when a vehicle's condition may prevent a safe or satisfactory installation.

2. Online Store and Products

Our website also offers automotive films, vinyl wrap materials, tools, accessories, and related products through Bespoke Wraps by Pure Bespoke.

Product colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the surface on which the material is installed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update product information when necessary.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

For automotive services, deposits may be required to confirm an appointment or begin work. Unless otherwise agreed, any remaining balance is due when the work is completed and before the vehicle is released.

For online orders, payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.

4. Appointments and Deposits

Appointments are subject to availability.

Where a deposit is required, an appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Customers should arrive at the agreed appointment time and follow any vehicle preparation instructions provided before installation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit conditions may vary depending on the type of service, materials ordered, and work already prepared for the appointment.

5. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers must disclose relevant information about their vehicle before work begins, including previous paintwork, repairs, repainting, body damage, aftermarket parts, existing films or coatings, and other modifications that may affect installation.

Pure Bespoke is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.

Certain automotive films, adhesives, masking materials, or removal procedures may expose or worsen existing weaknesses in paint, clear coat, bodywork, trim, or previously repaired surfaces.

Customers are responsible for following all aftercare and maintenance instructions provided after installation.

6. Installation Results

​

Automotive films and coatings are installed by hand. Minor variations may occur depending on vehicle design, panel shape, existing paint condition, material characteristics, and installation requirements.

We aim to achieve a professional finish while maintaining the safety and integrity of the vehicle and installed material.

Any concern regarding an installation should be reported to Pure Bespoke promptly so that we can inspect the vehicle and determine the appropriate solution.

7. Warranties

​

Certain products and automotive services may include manufacturer or installation warranties.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and requirements depend on the specific product or service purchased.

Normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, environmental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and damage caused by third parties are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any applicable warranty will be subject to the warranty terms provided for that product or service.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders requiring shipment are subject to our separate Shipping Policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipments, customs, damaged shipments, and other shipping conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Certain products, including custom-made, custom-cut, used, installed, altered, or otherwise non-resalable materials, may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The Pure Bespoke and Bespoke Wraps names, branding, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pure Bespoke unless otherwise stated.
