Most Color PPF and vinyl wrap rolls are prepared to order. After your order is confirmed, we will provide the estimated processing and delivery timeline. Carrier schedules, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

Pure Bespoke Color PPF includes a 5-year limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects, including abnormal fading or discoloration. Installation-related problems such as contamination, trapped moisture, bubbles, or lifting edges are not manufacturing defects. Damage caused by road debris, impacts, scratches, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

Unless the individual product listing states otherwise, our Color PPF is designed for wet installation with an appropriate slip solution. Professional installation is strongly recommended so the solution, stretching, edge work, and curing process can be adjusted correctly for the film and installation conditions.

Inspect the complete roll under good lighting before cutting or installation. If you notice a possible defect, stop and contact Pure Bespoke with your order number, the product SKU or colour name, and clear photos and video. Do not continue cutting or installing the material until it has been reviewed. After installation, keep clear daylight photos and video of the finished vehicle as a record for any future warranty request.

Automotive vinyl wrap is normally applied using a dry-install technique on a properly cleaned and prepared surface. Heat, controlled tension, and post-heating are used where required to conform the film and secure edges. Because incorrect stretching or heating can affect appearance and durability, professional installation is recommended.

Vinyl wrap lifespan depends on the selected finish, installation quality, climate, sun exposure, storage, washing method, and ongoing care. Regular gentle cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals, abrasive brushes, and excessive heat will help maintain the wrap. Horizontal panels typically experience more environmental exposure than vertical panels.

Color PPF combines a coloured finish with a thicker protective TPU film designed to help resist light scratches, chips, and everyday road wear. Vinyl wrap is thinner and is mainly chosen to change the vehicle’s colour or finish. The best option depends on whether protection, appearance, budget, or a combination of these priorities matters most to you.
